右下腹長期脹氣

病患者男 - 23歲

右下腹持續脹氣左好耐，大約都有2-3年，呢排右下腹背面有少少怨痛，請問是什麼問題，以前去睇過次醫生，佢只係話有好多氣，但持續左咁耐，我有點怕
