腦頭痛及暈

病患者女 - 84歲
我媽整天說頭頂中間好重,沒精神好疲倦,並記憶越來越差,己確診腦退化,但這會導致頭暈嗎?
有什麼会有這情况/這麼大年紀做腦掃描可以嗎
