醫生證明書

病患者男 - 47歲

你好，本人因腳踝骨刺，照了政府X-ray 磪疹骨刺，現在本人正在做物理治療和職業治療，因本人工作長期站立每天8-9小時，請問醫生可否幫本人寫一封證明書暫時不適合站立，見議找一個合適崗位給本人免得惡化下去。最後想問收費多少?
