大便不正常

病患者女 - 52歲

請問岑醫生，本人大便不正常，有時2~3天先有， 經常便秘 ，有時日日有，最近驗血發現有貧血，喝水時好易濁親，擔心腸胃有問題，是否要照腸胃鏡?
