頸椎痛

你好錢醫生，我爸爸最近幾個月都受頸痛困擾，最近說連雙腳都好像冇乜力，看了好多醫生照了Ｘ光頸部有骨刺，但食了很多止痛藥，物理治療，針灸都沒有好轉，最近醫生建議他去做頸椎MRI，出來報告是神經線收窄，那錢醫生是否神經線收窄是沒有得好只會越來越差，好擔心，因為其他醫生常常說痛症是沒有得好😭
