眼睛出現圓形灰影

病患者男 - 39歲

本人於8月7日早上起床右眼出現大概5毫子大影子，望遠遠景時會出現暗黃色的影子。過了2日8月9日情況沒有改善亦暫時沒有轉差。請問醫生出現什麼問題。
