大腸杆菌

病患者女 - 83歲

請問醫生, 驗了小便有大腸杆菌,已經睇了醫生幾次和服食抭生素, 有幾次療程,現在仍驗到還有大腸杆菌和有抭藥性, 不知怎樣處理好, 找那一科醫生睇才正確?
