喉嚨部位崩緊

你好, 我一個月前開始喉嚨不時好緊, 感覺好似有異物在喉嚨, 吞不下去的, 有時緊到會作嘔, 但又嘔不出任何東西, 不似是喉嚨痛/喉嚨發炎的感覺, 請問會是甚麼問題嗎?
