痾血水

病患者女 - 20歲

女朋友下體痛，有時候會痕癢，更痾血水，請問是尿道炎還是其他原因？早幾天曾沒帶安全套發生性行為，而且女朋友有抑鬱，更有好幾個月未能安然睡眠，長期發惡夢。如果是尿道炎，請問除了看醫生，有什麼方法醫治？
