乾眼症 血管增生
病患者女 - 17歲
我帶隱形眼鏡有3年了，最近眼側邊近太陽穴位置很痛，有腫。如果有痛楚，眨眼的時候也會眼乾。現在看東西很容易累，眼睛很容易有紅筋。眼鏡已乾了兩個月，已停帶隱形眼鏡。現在，眼的角位有很多紅筋(以前沒有)，有滴眼藥水(由醫生開)，但程況只是舒緩一陣子，現在血管沒有退，有痛，亦很容易乾眼。短短兩個月，有看中醫和西醫，程況沒有好轉。我應怎麼辦？每天keep住滴眼藥水也不是辦法。
1.我是血管增生嗎？血管會退嗎？
2.是不是沒有辦法再醫？因中西醫已看過。
3.眼周邊痛是甚麼原因？
4.我這程況是不是只能滴眼藥水？
5.我淚水分泌不足嗎？
6.醫生這裏有沒有手術能解決該問題還是只滴眼藥水？

dry eyes can be a very annoyinig problem. From what u described, i believe you have dry eyes. The firstline basic treatment is topical lubricants, but there are other measures that can help ease, if not totally cure, your dry eyes condition. Clinical assessment is necessary to see which type of dry eyes u are suffering from , and from then on targeted treatments. Lately IPL is a new treatment modality to dry eyes. Other things like punctal occlusion is also possible.
