顯微鏡睪丸取精
病患者男 - 35歲

本人之前做了3次精液分析測試皆無精子，做了基因測試沒有問題，然後做了 right testis biosy , 結果是 " Sertoli cells only, No spermatogenic cells could be identified. The basal lamina does not show any signicifant thickening. The interstitium is infiltred by a few mononuclear inflammatory cells. No granulomas could be identified. The findings are suggestive of germ cell aplasia ( Sertoli cell-only syndrome).
