肚痛已半年
本人肚痛半年，近两個月每日都痛，一日會痛好多次，睇過婦科和腸胃専科，子宮有一個小肌瘤和2cm水襄，照腸鏡話冇問題，醫生只比止痛药，但食咗冇大幫助，我肚上有條疤痕由胃至肚脐的長度係2004年自醫生開肚檢查內臟造成的！私家醫生並冇繼續跟進，但每日噤痛很辛苦和困擾！我現在正服用抑鬱药Trittico 50mg 睡前半粒和Seroxat Cr 25mg早上一粒,醫生話隱定已逐步減药，請問可否提供意见和協助？

There are so many possibilities
1) adhesions ( from infection, previous surgery, endometriosis)
2) chronic pelvic infection
3) genital tract problems (endometriosis, tumour, hydrosalpinx, adenomyosis)
4) urinary tract problems( stones, tumours, infection)
5) intestine
6) referred pain from spine
I am sorry, U really need to see a prominent & experienced doctor
