請問卵巢水泡需要切除和驗癌指數嗎?

Ovarian cyst can broadly divided into either physiological or function (that is part of the development process and surgery is usually not required); or pathological ( either benign or cancer). The first thing is to ask your gynaecologist which type it is.
Tumour markers are not always useful as they have high false positive or negative ( that is some benign cyst could have high tumour markers or some cancer do not produce enough tumour markers to be diagnostic).
Therefore again, it is crucial to consult your gynaecologist!
