嚴重的暗蒼的問題
你好醫生！小弟今年十八歲，上年度七月前往美國升學，自九月抵達明尼蘇達洲開始，臉頰開始出現暗蒼 (以前亦有但主要集中在鼻尖及鼻腔)，直到現在，已經形成了相片中所看到的。可能在年頭壓力比較大，但往後已經有良好作息時間，完全戒掉煎炸油貳食品，及奶類製品，亦有每天早晚用天然Neutrogena- the transparent facial bar(Fragrance-Free)洗面，在每次用膳後亦有用T.N. Dickinson's Witch Hazel (由我校護士介紹的產品)洗面，用天然護膚品，不用含大量化學物料的用品，手部已盡量避免接觸瞼部，亦有定時定候運動，但仍然未見改善。本人覺得該暗蒼不似普通暗蒼，口語所說「一旦旦」，亦有輕微水腫，本要集中在臉頰及額頭，在鼻尖，鼻邊，鼻腔，下巴，有時耳珠及耳背亦會生。究竟所為何事?

You have severe acnes. From your email, you tried different methods but in vain. I can see that you are very stressful.
Your history looks pretty normal. I do not think that your acnes are due to specific triggers.
It is suggested that you take oral medicines for your acnes. Do see a family doctor or a dermatologist. Earlier treatment of acnes can reduce the complications eg acne scarring, and can reduce your emotional stress.
Some other friendly advice: sleep early, keep a healthy diet, and regular exercises are important for health. Wish you get well soon.
