Whatever symptoms you told the doctor, he probably dismisses it by saying you need an MRI before he can comment anything. Sure, MRI is a helpful tool, but it seems to me it's the only tool at his disposal. He won't even try to verify or dig deeper the symptoms and experience you told him on the spot, all of it doesn't matter to him, all he needs is the MRI.
it's rarely to see a helpful doctor in Hong Kong, getting for a good caring doctor seems hopeless to me in Hong Kong. Even worse, they charge you insane amount of money for simple things
