Excess Scar at hand after burn

The left hand of the little girl (my granddaughter) was burnt by boiling water in late January 2023. The wound has healed but the scar grows excessively, causing webbed fingers.
The problem is scar keeps on growing and occupational therapy provided by government hospitals seems not effective.

What is the right age of operation to rectify webbed fingers?

Dear Dominic,
Depends of the site and severity of the webbing, it should be corrected early if the scar limited the movement of fingers and causing deformities especially in children who’s fingers are growing. Our first consultation is $1200 and the cost of operation would be difficult to estimate without assessing the situation of individual case.
