Dr. Cheung is the most empathetic, friendly, and caring doctor I have encountered ever since I was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and insomnia. Dr. Cheung is an outstanding observer and a good listener. Moreover, she is very knowledgeable in her field and offers flexible treatment options.
Dr. Cheung is exceptionally attentive to my concerns and needs. I feel comfortable around her, and she had helped me make good progress in managing my symptoms. Dr. Cheung never rushes me and always makes sure she gives me enough time to express my concerns and report my progress. Her professionalism is demonstrated and solidified when she accurately describes the symptoms, with clear explanations of the prescriptions and their side- effects. She’s even gone for the extra step to provide sound advice for handling the side effects. Dr. Cheung reacts to second opinions with an open mind and patience, her priority is to help the patient while respecting the patient's personal preference.
Regarding appointment and medication fees, Dr. Cheung always charges a fair and modest price. She never charges me anything more than the basic and agreeable price. The staff in her clinic is responsible, responsive, and friendly. The booking process can be done very quickly and easily. Furthermore, the waiting time before each appointment is remarkably short. I highly recommend Dr. Cheung without any hesitancy.
