I used medical card to see this doctor. I dont know whether this medical card has label me as "cheap" and "nonprofitable". Doctor Richard is extremely not professional without fully understand the client situation and lack of any physical inspection. No medical, No inspection. He dares tell me see "local" doctor next time unless I found something serious! What I find next is 梁智鴻 人心人術
