The appearance of the vaginal discharge is not usual and may point to overgrowth of yeast; but, if you have no symptoms like pain or itch- just do nothing. If you experience pain or itch, better consult a doctor first.
For the back problem(kyphoscoliosis), it is recommended that you seek consult from orthopedic specialist doctor. This issue should not affect your fertility; but, it may have implications for delivery and anaesthesia/pain relief options depending on the extent of problem.

The menstrual cycle is calculated for day 1 of one menses to day1 of next menses. You don’t seem to have a very regular cycles and thus it may be slightly tricky to time ovulation without any assistance. If one would like to conceive, untimed frequent intercourse should be the way to go in the beginning. If not pregnant after 1 year of active trying, perhaps seeing a gynaecologist for further assessment will be appropriate.

Your friend has had abnormal uterine bleeding for 10 months and she really would benefit from gynae specialist consult, thorough investigations and treatment accordingly. There are many possible causes; but, important ones like malignancy/cancer causes need exclusion as soon as possible.
