Very sorry to hear of your past happenings. Women ever sexually active are at risk of cervical cancer and therefore cervical screening will be essential, and HPV vaccines have to be considered.

To check for baby’s gender, common chromosomal abnormalities like Down’s syndrome, Edward syndrome and Patau syndrome, you can attend an obstetrician from 10 weeks on for non-invasive prenatal test NIPT.

Yes, there are chances for recurrence for STD including Trichomonas. Worthwhile to get thorough check with gynaecologist again for full investigation and relevant treatment.
