You have been using the combined oral contraceptive pills OCP, ie Yaz and Yasmine which usually have better menstrual cycle control than progesterone only pill or DepoProvera injectable. If you have irregular bleeding while on the combined OCP, it is preferable to stop the OCP and find out if there is underlying cause for the abnormal bleeding by going to see the gynaecologist. If you do stop OCP, you would also need alternative contraception.

It’s best to have report of your tubal condition and have a thorough consult with an experienced gynaecologist before deciding on the next step for investigations or/and treatment. We do offer fertility consult and treatment services in our clinic.

With history of hyperthyroidism (with good control?), recent menstrual pattern changes and not being able to conceive for 6 months, you may well consider to seek help from gynaecologist to investigate further and assist you. Thyroid disorder may be one of the possible causes for subfertility, or there may be other underlying causes.

Hello YY,
Genital warts can be managed by Gynae Doctor for sure! Apologies that I can't speak for dermatologists.
It seems like there is persistent vaginal infection on-going even with use of the over counter medication. Perhaps it’s time to consider going to see a gynaecologist for assessment and appropriate treatment thereafter. The brownish discharge may be related, like some old blood stained with your discharge(infection may cause inflammation with bleeding).
