I have a stoma, and then now when I after had finished my colostomy revision operation and then some redness and some rashes at some of the times.

Thanks to 會員 可賢for your question. Redness and rash around the colostomy stoma are quite common. It is usually related to leakage and poor fit of the colostomy appliances. The redness can be due to infection like bacterial and fungal infection. Viral infection, e.g. herpes simplex, can occur. Other causes include allergic and eczematous dermatitis. The treatment depends on the cause, e.g. antiseptic cream, oral antibiotics, barrier cream, hydro colloid dressing, hydrocortisone cream, etc. Please see the surgeon who performed the operation. He will prescribe the correct medications and, if necessary, refer you to the stoma nurse for further management. Regards.
