Your case is one of cervical cancer post operation and chemoradiotherapy. You would need close monitoring and examination by gynaecological oncologist for signs /symptoms of recurrence. HPV genotyping may not be appropriate for you as it will not alter your management, and HPV vaccines may theoretically still confer some benefits but there is no strong evidence for that.
If this diarrhoea persists for more than a week, you need to have a full consult and investigations (stool culture ) +/- referral to Gastrointestinal specialist doctor.
Hope this helps.

I guess your auntie is postmenopausal at age 60 and with known symptoms of uterine prolapse. The recent vaginal bleeding has to be assessed by a gynaecologist as it could be postmenopausal bleeding which is abnormal uterine/cervical/ vaginal bleeding. The underlying causes for the forementioned condition can be benign (non-cancer) or Malignant (cancer).
Hope this is helpful.
