I experienced persistent headache for weeks and thought I might have brain tumour. The pain was centred on one spot - top of my skull on the left side towards my back. Taking Panadol and Advil didn't bring any relief. Before deciding on a brain scan, I decided to seek opinion from Dr. Lam. It turned out that the problem was due to the lower part of my neck vertebrae slightly twisted, thus pressing my some nerve glands. Dr. Lam prescribed some simple neck exercises for me as well as manipulated my neck bone for. The headache was gone after a couple of sessions. What a relief. Thank you Dr. Lam.
