Dr Wong was unable to perform a simple local anesthetic, there was no waiting period for the local anesthetic to work before performing breast biopsy. There was no numbness, each injection were extremely painful that i was in immense pain, the doctor just asked: 'Is it painful?', and continued with the procedure. She did not give comfort or care about the patient's well being. The consultation was less than 5 mins with her and we were told to leave the room and wait. The nurse probably did more explanation than the doctor. Everyone in the clinic were just rushing you so that they can see more patient and to make money.
