Lippy and likes to gossip a lot. My friend referred me but after some time my friend told me Dr. Lau discussed my case with him (!), which is inappropriate given personal privacy. Well, maybe she doesn't know the meaning of personal privacy as while I was waiting outside the consulting room, I heard she gossiped about another patient's financial situation (!). So if you plan to see her, be prepared that when you are waiting patiently, she is simply enjoying small talks instead of doing her real job. She doesn't care at all since the clinic is well known locally and in China. And she always asks you to buy supplements and eye drops that are not necessary.
