I visited Dr. Yuen the first time with excruciating pain in one of my eyes - the eye hospital that performed lasek on me took the bandage contact lens out without noticing my left eye was far from healed. Dr. Yuen was unfazed by this crying and screaming person and has all along been very kind, patient and assuring. He explained the problem to me very clearly and got rid of the pain within a few visits. What touches me is his and his nurses' kindness - that's what makes him different from a doctor who would only prescribe medicine. His follow-up messages and the fact that he's only a text message away make all the difference to someone who is shocked and terrified. Definitely the best doctor I've ever met.
