背景
香港復康聯盟﹙康盟﹚於1992年成立。由於各殘疾人士團體多針對服務某一殘疾類別，康盟覺得個別的聲音是微弱的，惟有透過團結不同殘疾類別人士，才有更壯大統一的聲音。
宗旨及目標
集中力量，團結更多殘疾人士爭取平等福利，爭取平等機會，全面參與社會事務。
