外痔
醫生你好!
本人近數星期發現肛外長出肉粒, 數量有輕微增加趨勢, 因懷疑患外痔, 自行使用'安那蘇'痔瘡膏, 惜情況並無改善。
請問,
1. 如何自行判斷外痔?
2. 痔瘡膏是否只能舒緩情況, 而不能根除病況? 另, 痔瘡塞是否只適用於內痔?
3. 是否必須以手術治療, 及其價錢。

1) External hemorrhoid can present as palpable skin tag around anus. This may be reducible or prolapse permanently.
2) Yes hemorrhoid cream is to relieve symptoms of bleeding and pain for both external and internal hemorrhoid.
3) The indication for staple hemorrhoid is frequent bleeding and pain and difficulty to reduce the prolapse. The total general hospital charge is around $25000 including $6000 for the staple device, $10000 for surgeon fee and $3000 for anaesthetist fee and $6000 for gerneal hospital fee.
