雙腳麻痺無力
病患者男 - 33歲
下盤,背脊做了MRI 醫生說沒有發現問題 他 建議照腦MRI , 報告出了 請問有冇影響, 這個病會影響日常生活
TINDINGS T2 hyperintense and T1 hypointense periventricular white matter change is found in the right frontal region and the left parieto-occipital region and at the right lateral pons with no mass effect, restriction of diffusion nor enhancement. sotense to CSF extraaxial non-enhancing lesion is found at the right temporal fossa anterior to the temporal lobe, measuring 2.5 x 3.9 x 3.2cm, consistent with arachnoid cyst No definite haemorrhage is found. No abnormal diffusion change is to suggest acute seen infarction in the diffusion images. No abnormal post gadolinium enhancement is noted.

你好，若已進行腦MRI而發現問題，應先找相關醫生再作詳細檢查。至於雙腳無力麻痺的情況，除了會是腦部的影響外，也有可能是腰椎影響，如有需要可找脊醫檢查。
