病患者男 - 64歲
Recent body check at about Oct 7 found PSA at 5.6. One week later PSA dropped to 4.1 and PHI 23.5, hybritech free PSA 0.69, percent of free PSA hybritech 16.8%. Subsequent PSA teat were in range of 4.39 to 4.6. Ultra sonic prostate at volume about 45 Cc.
Other than Urines at night time (sometime 3 to 4 times) , there is no symptoms. Doctor, what should I do about it?

您好，PSA 已回降至接近4的水平，是可以觀察。但PHI 的數據则有点異常。雖然已做超声波証實有前列腺增生，建議做MRI 磁力共振前列腺檢查排除腫瘤的可能性。
