The medical problem is benign prostatic hyperplasia with obstruction of urine flow. It seems that the problem is not relieved by the 3 drugs. So there is indication for operative intervention. In Hong Kong, the standard treatment is transurethral resection of the prostate. It can be carried out with cutting knife or laser or electrovaporization. Rezum is not available in Hong Kong so far as I know.
The operation can be performed in patients with mild medical ailments. There is no need to take drug for BPH after the operation. The cost of the operation in total would be around $90000.
