The clinic is closing at 8:30, but she don't take any patient after 8:15. I asked politely whether she can spent 5 mins to see me as I am flying off the day after, she still didn't take me becoz she said she is busy. But there is only 1 patient in the whole clinic. Really awful. Will never visit there anymore.

Actually this is the case for all the doctors at that clinic (and many more around HK), not just apply to one doctor.
What time did u actually arrive at the clinic, 8:25?? If closing time is 8:30pm and one more patient is still waiting to be seen at 8:15pm then it's fair to cut cases. Doctors and nurses have their own lives too!! Maybe you should make more effort to be on time instead of blaming others!!

Acuatlly if this clinic closes at 7pm it means it was way overtime. Its reasonable not to add on new cases
