I had a right knee problem for years, worse after exercise and walking up and down stairs. Recently I have seen this dr for 2 times and physiotherapy for 3 times. The condition improved a lot. Dr and physio taught me exercises to strengthen up muscles and adequate stretches to loosen up tight tissues.
There was quite a number of people waiting in the waiting area, so please be prepared to wait for a while!
