Terrible experience. Scheduled for 3:30 pm, arrived at 3:15 pm but was kept waiting until 3:40 pm. Nurse said they have scheduling conflict without an apology, so I left.

Poor management, poor communication, poor attitude. Don't come here if you value your time.

重點係預約時間嘅10分鐘之後先同人講schedule問題,即係仲要繼續等, 人家嚟睇情緒問題, 梗係會容易感到煩躁, 仲要係冇道歉, 醫生嘅時間寶貴啲嗎?為咗搵錢編到啲booking咁密仲咩? 仲話係精神科醫生, 未醫人就加重人家嘅病情, 叫佢早抖!

Hi, I'm Dr Lau. Please accept our apology for leaving you to wait. I understand that you are expecting to have appointment on time and I really appreciate your punctuality. However, there are some matters that are also out of our control such as patients coming late or patients' complex conditions that require longer consultation time. We would keep review our booking arrangement. I'm sorry I am not able to help you myself and sincerely hope that you can find a right doctor to manage your condition.

It's just because the nurse and doctor not smart enough to handle such a complaint, at least they have to apologize first before the patient left. But it seems that the doctor doesn't care lose a patient. Also, the patient has his or her own right to choose another doctor, maybe this doctor not experienced enough in dealing with customers' needs.
