Dear Dr. Luk,
I am writing to you because I want to tell you what happened at your clinic today. I do not think you fully understand what happened at the reception area.
You've always done a great job in my opinion. That's why I chose to go back to you.
On my 4th visit today, I was informed by the lady(eldest one) that my insurance card cannot be accepted.
The fact that this lady blamed me for using the card was totally ridiculous. They made a mistake. They wanted to shift the responsibility and started blaming on me by saying that I should not have used the card in the first place.
On my 2nd, I clearly asked if my card was acceptable and the answer was a yes. I do not mind paying for it because my insurance covers it anyways, but I do not appreciate that your staff blamed patients(me in this case) for their own mistakes.
Why can't your staff be more professional ? instead of blaming others on the basis of nothing. You are a great doctor with unprofessional staff. It's sad.
