My Chinese isn't the best, so I will do my review in English.
Dr Lee Tze Yuen is a good doctor, the Medicine and cream he provides helps really well with my eczema condition, I've had eczema since I was born. Ever since I've tired the cream he has prescribed to me my eczema hasn't been as bad as it used to be. But other then the Doctor himself, the rest are all horrible and bad.

Firstly, the wait time is horrible, even if you made a appointment. The first time I've went to this doctor, I had a appointment for 11:45am. I was told to make sure I come on time as the Doctor will not wait for a late patient, so I came about 11:30am. I was told to sit and wait to be called and so I did. What I didn't know was that when they say sit and wait, they mean it, I was only seen by the doctor at 2pm that afternoon! 2h30min after my appointment time! And at about 1pm, I had asked the nurse if I could go down have have a quick bite to eat for lunch, and if it was about to be my turn, that they call me on my cellphone that they have noted. But to my surprise, their response was that, I quote "Sorry! We don't provide this service, go have lunch, but if you're called and you're not here, then you will have to make another appointment." I have been to other doctors, and they manage to do that. Wasn't so hard for them to just give a call when it's the patients turn?

Oh that's not all though, after seeing the doctor, you would expect to have your medicine ready quite quickly, maybe about 15-20mins. But nope, I was wrong again. It took them another hour to prepare the medicine. So at the end of the day, I only got out of the Doctor appointment at 3pm. Remember that my appointment I made was for 11:30am.

Now the worst part, the price. I might not actually mind the price if the service and speed was good, but with my appointment, I was given 3 small tubs of cream and some antihistamines. The cost? $1600... bloody expensive. Some might not find this expensive, but hear this. I came for my second appointment after 2 weeks, and of course suffered from the same speed and treatment, horribly slow, pointless booking, but a good doctor. This time the doctor lowered the intensity of the drugs in the cream and also lowed the quality from 3 small tubs to 2 small tubs. Now we might expect the price to be cheaper right? Nope, still charged me $1600.

In summary, I will not come back again. The only reason why I would come back once more is if my eczema has acted up so badly that my skin is broken again and bleeding. But if my eczema isn't acting up as badly, I won't come back. My time isn't worth wasted sitting waiting for the doctor.

If I were you, if you're in real pain, give this doctor a try, don't make a appointment since it's pointless anyways. Prepare to wait and waste at least 2 hour of your day sitting and waiting for the doctor. If not, there are other dermatologist that gives a equal treatment, and better service then this doctor.
