FINDINGS: The liver is normal in size with a smooth contour . Mild diffuse increase in liver echogenicity is consistent with mild fatty infiltration . No focal hepatic mass lesion is detected .
The biliary tree is not dilated .Common duct measures 3.6mm in diameter The portal vein patent with normal flow direction .
The gallbladder appears normal without any evidence of gallstone .
The pancreatic head and body appear. The pancreatic is obscured by bowel. The spleen is of normal size and echotexture .
The right kidney measures 10.8cm and left kidney 11.9cm long. Renal parenchymal echogenicity is normal A 0.5cm cyst is noted in the right mid pole No stone or hydronephrosis detected on either side .
The aorta appears normal . No enlarged para-aortic lymph node is detected .
The urinary bladder outline is smooth . No intravesical mass lesion or abnormal wall thickening is noted
The prostate gland is mildly enlarged and appears symmetrical , measuring 3.5 x 4.3 x 3.6cm ( AP x TS x CC ) with a calculated prostatic volume of 28.4cc.Outline is smooth .
Bilateral seminal vesicles appear symmetrical .
No ascites is present .
COMMENTS Mild fatty liver small right renal cyst Mild prostatomegaly .
