All double eyelid fold surgery requires suturing for fold creation.There are many ways of suturing.While this suturing approach uses criss cross way to insert the threads without the need to bury the knots, the efficacy and the durability is not known.
We prefer to use a tiny incision to insert two fine sutures to create a durable and natural double eyelid fold.
