A prominent to mildly enlarged left jugulodigastric lymph node with mildly hetetogeneous contrast enhancement is noted. measuring 14mm x 9mm. Several shotty bilateral submandibular and upper jugular lymph nodes is seen. Normal corresponding MRI signal are noted.
