中心槳液性黃班積水
在5月底，我一隻眼中央出現一個黑圓影。６月初前往求醫，醫生診斷為中心槳液性黃班積水；到了９月中，進行了光動力治療。十月尾回去覆診，經oct 掃描後，醫生說積水已退；但我的視力郤仍未恢復，看東西仍有變色變形及變小的情況？想請問，我的視力會否不能回復正常？我希望最起碼都不要變色呢！接下來我應該怎做？有什麼方法可令我視力回復？

中心槳液性黃班積水進行了光動力治療後個多月仍有變色變形及變小的情況屬常見，因需時間恢復；有時亦有可能不完全恢復。術後反應個別，需繼續跟進因可能復發及另一隻眼也有可能有同樣情況。如有抽煙需即戒煙。詳情可問做光動力治療之醫生。

Since you have the disease for 3 months before you have received photodynamic therapy, the photoreceptor layer may already have been damaged by the fluid under the retina. Sometimes the symptoms may persist although the fluid is already treated with photodynamic therapy. Generally speaking, if the fluid is disappeared, there is no further effective treatment to further improve the vision. In some patients, the symptom may become better with time.
