簡煒文醫生回覆 - 小便血的來源可以由上泌尿道（即腎臟及輸尿管）的毛病引起，亦可以由下泌尿道（即膀胱、前列腺及尿道）的毛病引起。膀胱鏡可以排除下泌尿道的毛病，如果再有出血，應考慮電腦素描尿道造影檢查，針對上泌尿道的結構進行評估，排查其他可以造成小便血的原因。當然在小便有血的時候進行的尿液分析亦能提供重要資訊。
