范健醫生回覆 - Chyluria is due to lymphatic fluid leaking from the small bowel to the kidneys. It results in loss of fat and fat soluble vitamins. When intermittent, mild and not causing nutritional issues, it can be controlled by low fat diet and plenty of fluid. Give the appropriate medication when filariasis is the cause. In severe cases causing malnutrition with chyle clot obstruction, surgery has to be considered.

葉維晉醫生回覆 - 您好，乳糜尿基本上是因淋巴液經腎臟走進尿液中。一般医治方法都是建議採用保守治療，即是減少食用中的脂肪。做手術切斷淋巴液和腎臟聯繫的需要不大。
