The liver shows moderately increased echogenicity, compatible with moderate fatty liver. Multiple hepatic cysts are seen, the largest at segment 5 (2.1 cm). A 0.785 cm calcified hepatic granuloma is seen at segment 8. Intrahepatic ducts and common duct are not dilated. No gallstone seen. No abnormal gallbladder mural thickening.
Spleen is enlarges, measuring 13.6 cm. No focal splenic lesion. Kidneys show normal cortical echogenicities. No hydronephrosis or renal stone seen. Right and left renal length measure about 10.70 cm and 11.70 cm respectively. The head and body of pancreas are unremarkable. Tail is obscured. Abdominal aorta is of normal caliber.
