經歷詳述: I recently went for a sudden ear issue. Apart from the receptionist who was polite, the nurse assisting the doctor was quite rude—both in her expressions and actions. Even though I clearly understand Cantonese, she didn’t bother to communicate properly, pushing and adjusting my posture abruptly in the chair, all for just a simple ear examination. Besides, the doctor was very patronizing, dismissing the previous doctor’s assessment of my ear condition. He then suggested cleaning the ear, but only perfunctorily swabbed it a couple of times with hydrogen peroxide-soaked cotton buds and dripped a single drop of eardrops.
The entire process took less than two minutes, yet they charged 1,200 HKD. The issue is not about the money, but rather it raises serious doubts about their professionalism and the quality of their service.
