A physical examination is required.The usual options are chemical peel for redness or inflammation or minor surgery to extract the inside built up small collections. If they are actually fibrotic scars ,then steroid injection may help.

the surgeon fee and operating room fee are charged in proportion to the extent and duration of surgery. The total fee is about HK$ 30,000 to 50,000.
All double eyelid fold surgery requires suturing for fold creation.There are many ways of suturing.While this suturing approach uses criss cross way to insert the threads without the need to bury the knots, the efficacy and the durability is not known. We prefer to use a tiny incision to insert two fine sutures to create a durable and natural double eyelid fold.
