本人哥哥今年4月去做年檢照X光，報告出了照出有問題，化驗所建議他看醫生跟進。 X光報告內容如下： CHest X-RAY (PA) FINDINGS: Tramtrack opacities are noted in bilateral lower zones,which may represent bronchiectasis. Suggest correlation with CT thorax. No focal lung mass or consolidation is noted. No pneumothorax is evident. Costophrenic angles are sharp. No hilar enlargement. No widened mediastinum. Trachea is central. Heart size is within normal limit. No rib fracture is evident. COmment: Tramtrack opacities are noted in bilateral lower zones,which may represent bronchiectasis. Suggest correlation with CT thorax.
