I am 40yrs, male. Having all the symptoms of Patulous Eustachian tube, and have seen 3 doctors before. All of them diagnosed me as Eustachian tube dysfunction and gave me prescription of decongestant medications. The medications made me getting worse and now I am suffering from serious autophony everyday. Any help?

Dear Richard,
Decongestion therapies are to be avoided in patients with patulous eustachian tube. Please visit a Respiratory Physician or an ENT Surgeon for appropriate treatment and advices.
