My friend just diagnosed as Classical Hodgkin lymphoma (nodular sclerosis). The tumor is located near 胸線. However, no 淋巴腫大 was found. The only symptoms are itchy skin and hot.
Is it really a lymphoma as no 淋巴腫大 was found.

Dear Shirley,
Hodgkin lymphoma can involve areas of the body outside the lymph nodes, although it is uncommon not to have lymph node enlargement. The final diagnosis is based on examination of tissue obtained by biopsy. I assume that was how your friend's diagnosis was made.
