膽固醇過高？
Hi! 大家好，
請問膽固醇過高去到七點五，有冇方法可以降回五點二以下是否做運動？跑步游水跳繩等等帶氧運動有冇效果，食麥皮，麥包有冇效果？晚上6點做帶氧運動前最好食d乜？

月經黑血
醫生你好！我25歲，月經一直正常。今次月經之前一日，肚好脹痛，有好多屁。跟住兩日月經呈黑色，似係一大塊凝血，之後就好似無經血了。請問醫生，這種情況嚴重嗎？需唔需要睇醫生？多謝醫生！

身體是出現什麼問題呢？
我的身體最近出現了些狀況：頭暈頭痛、睡不好、訓下醒下、嘔吐、很多胃氣、按胃的位置感到痛楚，等等。
我的經期不穩定以前也試過停經一個月而四月我也未來月經
三月來了一次假一次真月經請問身體是出現什麼問題呢？

體外射精
男友想在安全期不用套性交和體內射精，因怕安全期計錯，於是我允許他不用套，他陰莖可以直接抽插進入我陰道，但射精時要抽出才射。在性交時，男友的龜頭已濕，還不時有透明陰液流出，唔知這些液體有否小小精子，使我有孕？
另外，男友射精時，他龜頭口是貼在我陰道口射，他話精液只射在陰道口，已經流出來，不可能流入陰道內，叫我不用怕，他説得對嗎？
這次之後，不論是否安全期，男友都這方法與我性交，可能試了多次（３２次）都無事，最近一次他龜頭全個還在我陰道內便射精，精液流出來，唔知是否一樣不出事７

The combination of rhythm method and ejaculating outside is still not a very reliable way of contraception because the timing of ovulation may not be totally predictable and some sperms may be expelled before the penis is withdrawn from the vagina during early ejaculation. I recommend using condoms every time or using other more reliable methods of contraception.
